Data controller

INNOPRAG, 4 rue Rigault, 92000 Nanterre, France. For enquiries about your personal data, please contact contact@innoprag.com.

Personal data collected

The contact form may collect your first name, surname, email address, subject, message, organisation (if provided) and any attachments you choose to submit, including a CV and cover letter when applying for a position. Technical information strictly necessary for the security and operation of the website may also be processed.

Purposes and legal bases

We use this information to respond to enquiries, discuss projects or partnerships, and assess job applications. Depending on the nature of your enquiry, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or on INNOPRAG's legitimate interest in handling enquiries received. Processing necessary to secure the website is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Recipients and service providers

Information is accessible only to authorised personnel responsible for handling enquiries and applications. The website is hosted by PlanetHoster, and messages are transmitted using the email service configured for contact@innoprag.com. Attachments are not used for commercial purposes.

Retention periods

Data relating to contact enquiries is retained for a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange, unless a longer period is justified by a legal obligation or the management of an ongoing matter. Data relating to unsuccessful applicants is retained for the duration of the recruitment process. It may be retained for up to 24 months after the last contact to allow us to approach the applicant about other opportunities, provided the applicant has been informed and the applicable legal requirements are met. Once these periods expire, data is deleted or anonymised, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Attachments and security

Files submitted are used solely to handle the relevant enquiry. Server-side file format and size checks, together with security measures, are planned. Please do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and subject to applicable conditions, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, or object to processing. You may also request data portability where this right applies. Please send requests to contact@innoprag.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies and audience measurement

INNOPRAG uses Matomo, hosted on its own infrastructure, to measure website traffic and improve its content. Audience measurement is configured without tracking cookies, with IP address anonymisation and limits on the data collected. Raw visit data is configured to be deleted after 180 days. This information is not used for advertising.

This system is intended solely for audience measurement limited to INNOPRAG. Its use without prior consent depends on full compliance with all conditions of the exemption provided by the CNIL. You may opt out of audience measurement at any time using the form below.
